Mercurycode

Svenja Milautzcki is a digital artist, photographer, collagist and a poet, based in Berlin, Germany.
She has been creating art under her alias mercurycode for more than a decade, using a variety of media.

Her passion for art has always shaped her way to view the world. Her works are often inspired by difficult
times of her life. Svenja particularly focuses on motives that aren't neccessarily considered aesthetically
valuable by society. She feels like she's achieved the most, when someone doesn't know what they're looking
at when they see her photographs or textures, but they are able to feel something about it. Currently
Svenja is being trained in Euopean Media Studies at the University of Potsdam for her Bachelor's degree.
She has previously lived in Klingenberg am Main, Germany and Vienna, Austria.
